Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current national certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Recent, relevant experience in the Operating Room environment
- Proficient with set-up, handling, and maintenance of surgical instruments and sterile fields
- Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate surgical team needs and maintain a safe, efficient OR environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize OR equipment, instruments, and supplies
- Ensure sterile technique is maintained at all times
- Assist surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies
- Collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support pre-operative and post-operative setup and breakdown of the surgical suite
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position; scheduling details provided during interview

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
