• Active Maryland Special Education Teaching License

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions to students with varying disabilities
• Develop, adapt, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, reporting to parents and multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in classroom management, behavior support, and social skill building
• Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, support staff, and administrators
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings
