Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a School Psychologist. This full-time contract role centers around delivering high-quality psychological services in a dynamic school setting serving grades K-5. You’ll play a key role in fostering student success in both academic and social-emotional growth, with a flexible schedule and hybrid options available to best accommodate assigned cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting approximately 40 comprehensive evaluations and 20 record reviews throughout the school year for a diverse student population of roughly 650.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Assisting with the pre-referral process and, if possible, virtually participating in MTSS or other intervention meetings.
- Providing counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative support to school teams.
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Ideal qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification.
- Experience working in elementary education settings preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work both onsite and virtually for meetings, as needed.
