Job Title: Technical Project ManagerJob DescriptionThis hands-on Technical Project Manager role supports the Aftermarket organization by ensuring Service Bills of Material (Service BOMs), service catalog content, and product data remain accurate, complete, and up to date. The position serves as the primary liaison between Aftermarket, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Software teams, acting as the "eyes and ears" of the Aftermarket function at the manufacturing site. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, support software and data integration initiatives, and ensure that service content consistently reflects current engineering and manufacturing changes.
Responsibilities- Own and maintain the accuracy of Service BOMs and ensure alignment with Engineering BOMs (EBOM), Manufacturing BOMs, and As-Built BOMs.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in BOMs, product data, and related documentation.
- Update BOMs, product structures, and associated data within Windchill and other connected systems.
- Support engineering change and release activities that impact service BOMs and service documentation.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and maintenance of service catalog content, including illustrations, drawings, and supporting documentation.
- Obtain and validate technical documentation, drawings, and service information from internal teams and external suppliers.
- Work directly with suppliers to obtain service BOMs, service parts information, drawings, and related technical data.
- Integrate supplier service information into product service BOMs and service catalogs to ensure complete and accurate service content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Supplier organizations to facilitate issue resolution and data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary Aftermarket representative for software and data integration initiatives.
- Facilitate access to subject matter experts, system owners, and business stakeholders to support integration and data-related projects.
- Support validation and quality reviews of integrated product and service data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and present project status reports, metrics, and executive updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in governance reviews, stakeholder meetings, and action planning sessions.
- Support offshore resources and extended teams by coordinating work, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Essential Skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in product data management, configuration management, manufacturing engineering, technical project management, or related fields.
- Strong experience with BOM management, product structures, and product lifecycle data.
- Advanced user experience with PLM/PDM systems, preferably Windchill.
- Working knowledge of SAP for material, part, and BOM research and validation.
- Experience supporting Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR) and product release processes.
- Hands-on experience with Creo or SolidWorks for reviewing and updating models and drawings.
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Supplier processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive issue resolution across multiple organizations.
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in BOM management, product data management, and configuration management.

- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial manufacturing, or other engineered product environments.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data quality processes.
- Experience working with global teams, suppliers, or offshore resources.
- Exposure to MES and other manufacturing systems.
