Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable with elementary caseloads and adapting strategies to young learners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to consult with teachers and families
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document services effectively
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students, about 8 hours per week
- Creating and implementing individualized interventions to support student participation in school routines
- Collaborating closely with educators and support staff to promote student success
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to IEP meetings and progress reports
- Providing insight and resources to help classroom teams foster inclusive environments
