Overview
Join an electrical team specializing in new residential construction and reconstruction projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs. You'll work on single-family homes, townhomes, and multifamily developments, handling everything from rough-in to final installation. Electricians stay on projects through completion, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the finished product. The typical worksites are in the surrounding Naperville area and the Chicagoland suburbs. The typical schedule is 6AM-3PM. Work Environment
The role is field-based across suburban Chicagoland, with projects located from Shorewood to Huntley and no work inside the city. You work on medium to large residential construction sites, including new ground-up builds and reconstruction projects, and may also support select commercial work. The environment is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring the daily use of personal pouches, hand tools, cordless tools, and conduit benders. Electricians collaborate closely with journeyman, apprentice-level team members, and helpers, often providing direction and support on active job sites.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
