What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and district policies
Monitor students with chronic health conditions and specialized medical needs
Respond to health-related incidents and emergencies
Support and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and IEP-related health services
Document services and maintain accurate health records
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to support student success
Promote a safe and healthy learning environment
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN License
Minimum age of 18
Ability to support students in classroom and school settings
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
School nursing
Pediatrics
Special education
Behavioral health
IEPs and school health plans
G-tube, trach, seizure management, diabetic care, or other specialized nursing skills
Current CPR/BLS certification
