Qualifications:

• Background in behavioral support, preferably in a school setting.
• Experience managing significant or severe student caseloads.
• Ability to provide two completed professional RefAssured references; submissions without these references will not be considered.
• Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival by 7:40am (for elementary schools) or 8:00am (for middle/high schools); personal vehicle required.
• Flexibility to adapt to assignments across different campuses with varying student needs.
• Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering for students when needed.
• Ability to obtain fingerprinting clearance immediately after offer acceptance (candidates with any felony or misdemeanor charges will be disqualified).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering individualized behavioral and educational support to students.
• Support teachers in classroom management and student engagement.
• Provide necessary personal care, including toileting and diapering assistance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a positive and safe school environment.
• Maintain documentation as needed for student progress and behavioral interventions.
