Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience working in schools, with pediatric clients, or in clinical settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement appropriate, evidence-based therapy plans for students in K-12 settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for collaborative team planning
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions, adapting methods as needed
