Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Experience in educational or school-based speech-language pathology preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confident in conducting student assessments and evaluations
• Ability to create, write, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable participating in meetings and supporting a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough assessments and evaluations for student referrals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based direct therapy to high school students
• Write, update, and maintain IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings (individually or as part of a panel) via Zoom/Teams
• Maintain documentation and progress tracking within the contracted hours
• Paid travel time between assignments, providing support across one high school setting
