What You'll Do- Operate a sit-down industrial sewing machine to sew product information tags onto Tufflex slings according to specifications.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Set up and adjust sewing equipment to ensure proper stitching and accurate tag placement.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain production efficiency while minimizing errors and waste.
- Handle materials and finished products carefully to preserve product integrity.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with team members to support production demands.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Experience operating machinery preferred.
- Ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic quality inspection experience.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or distribution experience.
- Previous machine operator experience.
- Experience performing product quality inspections.
- Familiarity with machine setup and production processes.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
You'll work in an industrial manufacturing setting operating a sit-down sewing machine. The environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Products manufactured in this role are used in demanding applications where accuracy and craftsmanship matter.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
