Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum one year of Operating Room (OR) RN experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (active and up to date)
- Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis, circulating, and scrub RN responsibilities
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and fast-paced surgical environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases
- Monitor patient safety and maintain strict sterile technique
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
- Provide comprehensive documentation pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
- Support ongoing process improvement and patient-centered care initiatives

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
