What’s Needed:
- Active TX Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric SLP and school environments
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- Ability to collaborate well with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency skills
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals for K-5 students
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multi-disciplinary team discussions
- Consult with educators and families to support student growth and generalization of skills
