Shift: 6:30am-2:45pm, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
- $18.75/hr with HS Diploma or GED
- $20.75/hr with Bachelor's Degree

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician I? You’ll be:
- Testing sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards for quality and functionality
- Completing final assembly and inspection of advanced radio communication products
- Performing system and production quality-control testing
- Using precision hand tools such as tweezers and torque wrenches
- Following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Entering assembly and testing data into computer systems using Oracle, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Preparing daily reports and communicating with the production team
- Identifying and escalating product or process concerns to leadership or engineering
- Performing basic soldering and working with small electronic components
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Supporting continuous-improvement efforts for product quality and workflow
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required); a bachelor’s degree increases starting pay
- Enjoy technology, electronics, computers, radios, or building/repairing equipment
- Have strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Can accurately follow written instructions and document work electronically
- Communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Can manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality
- Are able to lift up to 25 pounds and move throughout production areas
- Are available for Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM shifts
- Can complete approximately two weeks of training in Los Angeles, CA
- Qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to federal contract requirements
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in electronics assembly, testing, manufacturing, or quality control
- Familiarity with printed circuit boards, sensitive components, or soldering
- Experience with Linux-based systems, Oracle, Excel, or Google Workspace
- Interest or experience in building, repairing, or upgrading computers
