Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold an active, valid Illinois School Psychologist license
• Recent experience supporting middle school children in an educational setting
• Strong skills in counseling, assessment, and special education compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and supports tailored to the middle school population
• Collaborate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend relevant meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and mental health support as needed
• Consult with educators and families to recommend best practices and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state policies
