Job Description

·                     Provide strategic leadership and oversight to a team of 8 Commercial Property Managers and supporting personnel

·                     Direct all aspects of facilities management and property maintenance across commercial  and retail properties nationwide

·                     Develop and implement property management strategies and procedures to maximize property performance and value

·                     Review invoices and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency

·                     Prepare and oversee the development of annual budgets for managed properties

·                     Troubleshoot operational issues and respond to tenant requests promptly and effectively

Key Requirements 

·                     Strong commercial property management experience

·                     Hands-on leadership style with the ability to direct, mentor, and hold in-house professionals accountable

·                     Proven ability to develop and implement property management strategies and procedures that maximize property performance and value

·                     Strong communication skills with keen court awareness and a demonstrated sense of urgency

·                     BS degree required
