This contract role is fully onsite, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, providing the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the caseload while ensuring compliance and individualized support for students.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Current Texas Special Education K-12 Certification is required
• Proven experience as an ARD Facilitator in a school setting
• In-depth understanding of special education law, IEP development, and ARD procedures
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse teams, families, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate ARD meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, service providers, and families to develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to ARD/IEP processes
• Provide support, guidance, and expertise to staff regarding best practices in special education service delivery
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and external partners to promote student success
