Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Maryland Teaching Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring an SLPA
• Proficiency with remote therapy platforms for hybrid or virtual delivery

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs
