Job Summary
We are seeking a SR Electrical Construction Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting commercial, industrial, and federal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical construction professional who can lead complex projects from procurement through closeout while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-impact infrastructure and industrial construction projects with strong field teams, experienced leadership, and cross-functional project partners. The environment is well suited for a hands-on project leader who values teamwork, accountability, technical excellence, and long-term career growth in electrical construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle electrical construction projects, including timelines, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, documentation, and closeout.
- Coordinate daily project execution with field superintendents, subcontractors, trade craft, union labor, and internal project teams.
- Oversee resource planning, materials sourcing, equipment needs, labor scheduling, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.
- Monitor project safety, quality, code compliance, and technical specifications across commercial, industrial, and government project sites.
- Represent the project team in coordination meetings with general contractors, federal representatives, infrastructure partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify risks, resolve field issues, and support profitable project delivery through proactive communication and disciplined project controls.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
- Position Type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Location: Kansas City, MO Metro Area + Travel
