We are actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU/CVICU experience for a full-time role in Sanford, FL. This position involves delivering high-quality critical care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Ideal candidates are confident, team-oriented, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. Reports to the ICU Nurse Manager and offers competitive sign-on bonuses and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and perform comprehensive clinical assessments in ICU/CVICU settings
• Develop and execute individualized care plans with a high level of autonomy
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to critical situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (FL license required within 60 days of relocation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ACLS and BCLS (Instructor certification a plus)
• Strong proficiency in patient monitoring and clinical assessment tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)

• • $4.50/hr night differential
  • $1.50/hr weekend differential
    

Sign-On Bonus:

• • $15,000 (Day Shift)
  • $20,000 (Night Shift)
