Special Education Teacher Opportunities – Glendale, AZ | 2026–2027 School Year
We are hiring Special Education Teachers for full-time school-based assignments in the Glendale, Arizona area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. These positions provide the opportunity to work with students across a variety of programs while being part of a supportive educational team.
Position Details:
- Location: Glendale, AZ area
- Assignment dates: August 3, 2026 – May 20, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5–40 hours per week
- School-based role
- Elementary, middle, and high school opportunities available
Classroom Settings May Include:
- Resource classrooms
- Autism-focused programs
- Multiple disabilities classrooms
- Specialized instruction programs supporting a range of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and individualized instruction.
- Support students in reaching academic, behavioral, and developmental goals.
- Follow and implement IEP accommodations and services.
- Create a structured, welcoming classroom environment.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support professionals.
Qualifications:
- Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification required
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Previous Special Education teaching experience preferred
- Ability to support students with varying learning and behavioral needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
