Your ability to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication challenges will help guide students toward success in the classroom and beyond. Collaborate daily with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and certification to practice as an SLP in Texas
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads in a school environment
• Bilingual proficiency highly desirable for one of the positions
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a passion for supporting students’ growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language concerns
• Develop and deliver specialized therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Implement IEPs and monitor student progress toward set goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support classroom learning
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
