MUST HAVES:

• 4+ years’ of experience as a high dollar commercial collection for hospital/facilities claims
• Experience with an EHR system (such as Cerner or Epic)
• Heavy insurance follow up experience and denials experience
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience touching 40+ accounts per day

PLUSSES:

• 2+ years of Cerner experience

Day To Day:

Insight Global is looking for a High Dollar Hospital Collector with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. This person will be expected to go onsite five days a week from the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm; there is flexibility on arriving at 7:30am, 8, 8:30, or 9am for an 8-hour shift. Each day will begin with a morning huddle at 10:00am, then focus on the work queue, and then work on 35-45 accounts for the remainder of the day. This person will be expected to come from a hospital setting working with high dollar accounts and dealing with appeals as well as a variety of insurances under PPO. Must have strong knowledge of managed care contracts and have knowledge of current regulatory requirements to ensure prompt and accurate reimbursement.

Hours: M-F, 8-hour shifts, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $25-$27/hr
