Title:           Chemical Packaging Operator

Location:    3500 Dekalb Street St. Louis MO 63118
Shift:           6 am – 2.30 pm, M - F

Pay Rate:    $22.50/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Packaging Operator to support the filling, capping, labeling, and packaging of liquid, powder, and lyophilized products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Fill, cap, label, and over-pack chemical products manually or using semi-automated equipment.
• Stage materials and deliver completed products to inventory.
• Follow approved packaging specifications, ISO procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Complete required production and packaging documentation.
• Safely handle chemicals and required PPE.
• Support team operations and train others as needed.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of chemical packaging or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical handling, mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math, computer, and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
• Must be willing to wear required PPE, including respirator/air helmet, gloves, safety glasses, apron, and protective suit.
• Must be clean-shaven daily for respirator fit requirements.

Preferred:

• SAP experience.
• ISO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry experience.
