Title: Materials Management Technician

Location: 6815 Guion Road, Indianapolis, IN, USA IN-46268

Shift: 8am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $21 - $24/hr on W2.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Materials Management Technician to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, ship, and distribute materials accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support physical inventories.
• Deliver materials to manufacturing and other departments.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation and update ERP systems.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers.
• Operate hand trucks and pallet movers safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse areas.
• Follow company procedures, cGMP, ISO, safety, and carrier requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service, and other teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Oracle/ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate material-handling equipment.
• Ability to work periodically in refrigerator/freezer environments.
• Safety shoes and required PPE must be worn.
