Job Title: Construction Program Manager 3Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Program Manager to serve as the owner's on-site representative, providing leadership, oversight, coordination, and management support across all project phases. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards.
Responsibilities- Provide overall construction management support throughout all phases of project development and execution.
- Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and ensure alignment on scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
- Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, permits, contracts, and project requirements.
- Review project schedules and monitor progress against baseline schedules to identify potential delays or schedule risks.
- Support project teams in monitoring costs, budgets, commitments, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation to support constructability, quality, and compliance objectives.
- Monitor procurement activities, track equipment delivery schedules, and ensure timely installation.
- Support administration of construction contracts and project agreements, monitoring contractor performance and compliance.
- Promote and support implementation of project quality standards and processes.
- Continuously evaluate project risks, constraints, opportunities, and emerging issues.
- Coordinate site logistics activities and support the development of logistics plans.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in project meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and updates.
- Support project commissioning activities and coordinate testing, start-up, and final acceptance activities.
Essential Skills- Strong understanding of construction management principles, project delivery processes, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality management, commissioning, and project controls.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in project management software, document management systems, scheduling software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Typically requires 7-10+ years of experience in construction management and field oversight.
- 5-8+ years of experience in schedule management, project controls, and contract administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center projects.
- Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, LEED, OSHA, or equivalent credentials are beneficial.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based onsite in Phoenix and involves working alongside experienced leaders in delivering mission-critical infrastructure at a global scale. The role requires the use of specific equipment such as a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 safety helmet, and other safety gear. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and project efficiency.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
