Job Description:
This role focuses on the mechanical and electronic assembly of components and sensors, including placing parts onto printed circuit boards using work orders and blueprints. You will perform visual inspections to ensure correct orientation and quality, support hand and mechanical assembly when needed, and cross-train across multiple departments to build a broad skill set.

Work Environment
The facility is clean and organized, with a mix of standing and sitting throughout the day; you will generally sit while soldering and may stand for other assembly tasks. No specialized PPE is required, though long pants and closed-toe shoes are necessary. The environment emphasizes a great team culture, collaboration, and stability in a growing business.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
