What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)

· Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, student-focused instruction

· Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning

· Champion inclusive practices that support diverse learners

· Help create a positive, structured, and high-energy classroom environment

· Reinforce academic concepts using creative and adaptive strategies

· Support students’ social-emotional growth and confidence

· Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson execution

· Actively monitor progress and celebrate student achievements

Qualifications:
