Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to established recipes and standards.
Follow strict food safety and quality protocols to ensure the integrity of all products.
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets.
Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment processes.
Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and strong team-player with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train across multiple areas of production.
Comfortable working independently, following detailed procedures, and maintaining high safety standards.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending and reaching.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of USDA standards or existing food safety certifications.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
