• Immediate patient demand with no competing urologists currently serving the community
• Clinic located adjacent to the hospital for seamless coordination of care
• Fully supported practice environment with experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Opportunity to incorporate robotics-assisted surgery if desired

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling model designed to support physician autonomy
• Option to work as little as 10 days per month or structure a fuller schedule based on preference
• No required surgical volume and full control over the scope of practice
