Job Description

·                     Lead and execute mold change startups to ensure seamless production transitions

·                     Perform mold changes as needed to support ongoing manufacturing operations

·                     Maintain and update process cards for all mold and machine combinations to ensure accuracy and consistency

·                     Execute mold repairs directly in the press to minimize production interruptions

·                     Complete mold change checklists to maintain quality and compliance standards

·                     Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues proactively to minimize downtime

·                     Optimize tooling and process parameters to drive improvements in product quality and operational efficiency

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated experience in plastic injection molding within an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

·                     Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels of the organization
