Your skills in speech and language pathology will help students unlock their communication potential. You'll work alongside dedicated educators and families, developing individualized support strategies to ensure each student’s growth and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting learners of varied backgrounds and needs
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in small groups
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate results with educational teams and families
- Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a positive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant state and district guidelines
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
