Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Preferred: Active or eligible Michigan School Psychologist license
• Prior experience with K-12 populations in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEPs, psychoeducational assessment, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Adaptable and resourceful in a changing academic environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
• Contribute to a positive school climate by implementing skill-building and behavioral interventions
