Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist license required
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, adaptable, and organized with a student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments
• Interpret results and recommend appropriate interventions
• Support development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding student learning and behavior
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
