Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or ability to obtain)
- Experience with K-8 populations, specifically 2nd and 3rd grade
- Proven ability to address effective needs, supporting individualized learning for students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work full-time with a caseload of 4 students with effective needs in 2nd and 3rd grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with general educators, parents, and school support teams
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies tailored to individual student requirements
