Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational, behavioral health, or therapeutic settings
- Understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and reliability to be available on a per diem/as-needed schedule
- Ability to respond effectively to varying student needs and school day changes
- Strong commitment to safeguarding confidential information and maintaining professional standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support and intervention to assigned students
- Implement treatment and behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data on student progress and behavior for ongoing assessment
- Communicate observations and updates to school staff and clinical supervisors
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that enhances student engagement and learning
- Adapt interventions proactively in response to evolving student needs
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with school policies and RBT code of ethics
