Mobile Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

We're looking for experienced Mobile Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a growing field service team supporting customers throughout Texas and the Southern United States.

This role includes a fully equipped service truck that you take home each day, allowing you to dispatch directly from home to customer job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00-$50.00+/hour
• Higher compensation for exceptional technicians
• Hourly or Flat Rate pay
• Guaranteed minimum of 35 paid hours weekly for Flat Rate technicians
• Company service truck
• Take-home vehicle
• $2.00/hour road premium while working in the field
• $185/day per diem for overnight travel (no receipts required)

Travel

Travel primarily includes:

• Texas
• Oklahoma
• Louisiana
• Arkansas

Occasional travel throughout the Southern United States may be required depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks at customer locations.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, steering, suspension, and drivetrains.
• Maintain service truck inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Own tools preferred.
