Commercial Concrete Finishers Needed – Cincinnati & Dayton, OH

Gillmann Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for ongoing projects throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas. We're looking for dependable, skilled tradespeople who take pride in delivering quality work on commercial construction projects.

Pay: $30–$34 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly Pay
⏰ Steady Full-Time Work

Responsibilities:

• Finish concrete surfaces on commercial projects, including flatwork, foundation walls, sidewalks, and curbs.
• Operate walk-behind and riding power trowels to achieve smooth, professional finishes.
• Perform hand-finishing using floats, trowels, edgers, and other finishing tools.
• Build and set concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Tie and place rebar for concrete reinforcement.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment while meeting quality standards.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday work as needed
• Typical start time is 7:00 AM, with some projects requiring starts as early as 5:00 AM based on pour schedules

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
• Ability to operate both walk-behind and riding power trowels.
• Experience with concrete forming and rebar installation.
• Must have your own basic concrete finishing tools, including floats, trowels, edgers, and knee boards.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required.
