Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Junior Business Consultant to serve as a premier brand representative throughout the Greater New Orleans area. This leadership-focused role is tailor-made for professionals who thrive in high-energy environments and bring a strategic mindset to corporate brand engagement and client development.

In this position, you will champion an elite portfolio of market-leading financial and fintech brands, including American Express and Chime. Working alongside experienced industry leaders, you will deliver high-impact client experiences, drive direct engagement, and cultivate long-term account loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing corporate accounts across the Greater New Orleans area.
• Strategy Execution: Learn and apply proven B2B growth, client acquisition, and direct promotional techniques.
• Market Research: Analyze local target markets to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Solution Pitching: Present product value propositions, services, and strategic solutions directly to decision-makers.
• Performance Tracking: Meet key performance metrics and provide actionable field insights to optimize brand positioning.
• Leadership Development: Participate in structured, hands-on training and mentorship programs designed to fast-track high-performers into management.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
