Job Description
The Assistant Construction Project Manager (owner's rep) will oversee mission-critical construction projects with a primary focus on data center facilities. This role requires hands-on site supervision, ensuring quality control and compliance while coordinating and managing project schedules. The Assistant Construction Project Manager reports directly to Executive Leadership and works on-site full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and lead project teams to meet objectives
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
- Supervise on-site construction activities
- Manage schedules to meet critical deadlines
- Oversee mission-critical data center construction projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
