Position: Canvassing Manager
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission Plus Overrides-Earn $150K to $250K

Statewide Windows & Doors is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Canvassing Manager This is a leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential through base salary, commission, and overrides along with a company vehicle, with gas allowance is included.

Responsibilities:

• Interview and hire canvassers to constantly build your region
• Train, coach, and motivate your team
• Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
• Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
• Manage performance and drive appointment generation
• Build a positive, high-performance culture

Experience:

• Proven experience managing a large regional door-to-door canvassing team
• Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
• Strong leadership and recruiting skills
• Track record of hitting team goals
