KeyReady Cleaning is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician to serve clients primarily in the Howell, Michigan area. This is a field-based position, meaning employees travel directly from home to their assigned cleaning locations.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, takes pride in their work, and can follow a detailed cleaning checklist. We are especially interested in someone who can work independently after training and understands the importance of providing consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning apartment units between residents
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Vacuuming carpeted floors
• Sweeping and mopping LVT and other hard floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and baseboards as assigned
• Removing trash and preparing units for inspection
• Following company cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Reporting damages, maintenance concerns, or missing supplies
• Properly caring for company equipment, supplies, keys, and access information
• Completing residential or commercial cleaning assignments when available

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and respectful communication
• Ability to maintain client privacy and handle keys or access codes responsibly
• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but dependable candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered
• Must be comfortable performing physical cleaning duties, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting cleaning equipment or supplies

Schedule and location:

This is a part-time position with assignments based on client demand and unit availability. Primary assignments are expected to be in Howell, Michigan, with the possibility of additional work in nearby areas. Applicants should have some scheduling flexibility, particularly during weekday daytime hours.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
