Position Overview

We are seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to work directly with clients, develop relationships, and close new business using proven systems and training. This commission-based role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective clients in the field to present benefits for employees
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching and training
• Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a field sales environment as an independent contractor
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000+
