We deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in homes, schools, and communities across the greater Nashville area — helping individuals of all ages build skills that truly matter.

Role Description

We’re seeking a part-time 1099 BCBA with afternoon/early evening and/or weekend availability. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy and data-driven practice. At FLIP, you’ll work directly with children and families (we do not use RBTs), ensuring every session is guided by your expertise and built on strong, collaborative relationships.

BCBAs will:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, direct ABA services in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to guide decisions and measure meaningful progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide parent and staff training focused on practical, values-aligned strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification and TN LBA (or eligible)
• Skilled communicator with flexibility and clinical independence
• 1+ year of post-certification experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for community-based sessions
