Overview:
We are a full-service packaging solutions provider, serving clients nationwide. Our specialty is government and Military Specification Packaging shipping solutions. We also work in partnership with clients on custom commercial packaging solutions. For over 45 years we have prided ourselves on delivering attentive, unique, and impeccable service for each customer.
We are in need of an Office Superstar who can proactively jump in and independently assist our growing team with various needs from simple daily tasks to in depth projects. The ideal candidate for this position is thirsty for knowledge with a keen ability to multitask, follow processes and procedures, and jump in wherever is needed. As we are rapidly expanding, there is an abundance of growth opportunities within our organization.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answer inbound calls
- Electronically file paperwork
- Liason between various departments
- Assist with various projects and provide project updates as needed
- Assist admin team as needed
Customer Service Responsibilities/Duties:
- Communicate status updates to clients
- Organize and manage materials procurement using CRM
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints through troubleshooting
- Prepare invoicing and packing list paperwork for open warehouse team
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- 1 – 2 years administrative experience in a small-business environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
- Must work well in a team environment, and be able to follow directions from experienced employees as well as supervisor.

Nuts & Bolts
- 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, preferred 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (includes 1 hour non-paid lunch break; schedule can be flexible after probationary/training period)
- Hourly, starting at $19.00/hr
- Simple skills testing required after initial interview phase
