Payrate: $18.50/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse General Labor team member for the second shift to support our distribution operations. This role involves performing essential manual tasks to ensure efficient warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and materials handling. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of operating various warehouse equipment. Duties

• Assist with order picking and packing processes using barcode scanning technology to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols and manual handling best practices.
• Manage inventory through warehouse management systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks on products, ensuring compliance with company standards before dispatch.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently during all tasks involving heavy lifting or hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse distribution processes.

Requirements

• Entry level! No experience required!
• Steel toe boots required on site
• Must be available for weekends and overtime
• Able to lift 50lbs repetitively throughout shift
