What You’ll Do as a Team Leader

• Support and supervise daily restaurant operations to drive excellent performance
• Lead by example and inspire team members through positive role modeling
• Create a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment for guests and employees
• Maintain a strong focus on food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Thrive in a high-energy setting where priorities can shift quickly

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and future late-night shifts
