- Collaborate with families through regular communication to share progress, address concerns, and foster community engagement.
- Implement child development instruction tailored to individual needs, including special education and early intervention strategies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress using assessments and standardized testing tools to support ongoing learning goals.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards at all times.
