Trillium Construction is seeking Sheet Metal Mechanics near Ashburn, VA.

Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Foreman each day for work assignments, blue prints and project updates.
Read and interpret construction drawings / Blueprints, specifications, and project details.
Work closely with the Foreman, team members or independently to complete installations accurately based on the blue prints.
Install hangers, ductwork, and HVAC equipment.
Install prefabricated sheet metal components and equipment and fab on site any alignments needed.
Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
Maintain a positive attitude
Communicate effectively with the Foreman/team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.

Pay: Up to $38
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week

Qualifications
35 years of sheet metal mechanic experience.
OSHA 10 certification
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation details.
Experience installing ductwork, hangers, and prefabricated HVAC equipment.
Strong work ethic with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing job site conditions.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
Aerial, Scissor and Boom Lift certifications preferred
EPA preferred
NCCER Sheetmetal 1-4 preferred
