The CNC Mill Machinist will independently handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to detailed blueprints. This role requires expertise in manual programming and operating pre-programmed CNC machines, along with a strong focus on quality inspection and tooling management. Reliable transportation is necessary to maintain consistent attendance, and occasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Read work instructions and blueprints
- Operate CNC equipment as directed
- Inspect materials in accordance with company quality standards
- Must be able to use basic hand and various measuring and test equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with a strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills required
- Input data into ERP system (SAP Business 1)
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC operator
- 2 years setup and operation of CNC equipment
- CAD/CAM Experience a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Familiarity with measuring devices
- Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9001 etc.)
- High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus
- Strong communication skills ( written and verbal)
- Energetic Team Player
- Good vison required
